This website is informational only. It allows licensed motor vehicle dealers to learn about our wholesale services and submit inquiries. No vehicles are sold, ordered, or paid for through this website, and no payments are processed here. Any vehicle listings are representative; availability changes daily and is confirmed on request.

2. Business-to-business; eligibility

Our services are offered strictly on a wholesale, dealer-to-dealer basis to licensed motor vehicle dealers. By contacting us for a transaction, you represent that you are a licensed dealer (or authorized representative) and are acting in a business capacity. We do not sell to retail consumers.

3. Transactions are separate agreements

Any purchase, sale, trade, or sourcing of vehicles is a separate transaction completed under an individual written purchase agreement between the parties. That purchase agreement — not this website — governs price, payment terms, title, delivery, inspection, and the condition of each vehicle. In the event of any conflict, the signed purchase agreement controls.

4. Pricing

All pricing is wholesale, quoted per unit on request, in U.S. dollars, and is subject to change and confirmation until set out in a signed purchase agreement. No fees are charged through this website.

5. Vehicle condition — sold as-is

Unless expressly stated otherwise in a signed purchase agreement, vehicles are sold on an “as-is, where-is” wholesale basis. Buyers are responsible for inspecting vehicles (or arranging inspection) prior to purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, on wholesale vehicle sales.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false information, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

7. Intellectual property

The website, its content, logos, and design are owned by or licensed to National Sales and Leasing LLC and may not be copied or used without permission.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, National Sales and Leasing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

9. Governing law & disputes
